Description

The USDA Forest Service Crossett, AR has a requirement for the replacement of siding, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. 100% Small Business Set Aside. The resultant contract shall be a Firm Fixed Priced Construction Contract. The Period of Performance shall be 30 days after the Notice to Proceed is received. There is no site visit scheduled for this requirement, please contact POC-Kirby Sneed at email: kirby.sneed@usda.gov to view the requirement during the week of June 1-5, 2020. Address of Site Visit: Crossett Experimental forest 4472 Highway 133 South Crossett, AR 71635 FAR 36.204 Magnitude (a) Less than $25,000.00 Electronic responses shall be submitted via email to the CO- Takele K. Woldu takele.woldu@usda.gov All questions must be sent via email to the CO no later than COB June 10, 2020. Responses must include the following: Completed Forms & attachments SF-1442 Attachment 00-Schedule of Items Attachment 03-Experience Questionnaire SAM Account Representations and Certifications Hard Copy responses cannot be accepted at this time. The full solicitation package shall be posted no later than C.O.B Monday May 25, 2020.
