- Description
- This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract covering National Stock Number (NSN) 4235-01-432-7912, Spill Clean-Up Kit, Hazardous Material in accordance with the following sources of supply:� Safe Tech Solutions,� LLC, CAGE 1TKG2,� P/N STS-25SRK;� All Safe Industries, Inc., CAGE 1FZK7,� P/N AS4-91201,� Waste Solutions Corp., CAGE 07TH4,� P/N 11025;� A.R.K. Enterprises, Inc., CAGE 04WN4,� P/N 11025; and Natural Sorb Corporation, CAGE 05CA7,� P/N NSSK025.� ��The proposed contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 12.� The period of performance will be a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. �The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted using other than full and open competition. �The terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination covering DLA Direct requirements only. �Clause 252.225-7021, Trade Agreements applies.� The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.� Choose the DLA Request for Proposals (RFP) / Invitation for Bid (IFB) option under Solicitations.� Enter the solicitation number within the search value area, and click the submit button.� Solicitations are in Portable Document Format (PDF).� To download and view these documents, use the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.� This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com.� A paper copy of the solicitation may be provided to requestors on a case-by-case basis if access to DIBBS is not available.� Solicitation will be made in writing and will issue on or about June 1, 2020.
