- This is a presolicitation notice for (4) underwater camera systems for monitoring of Hawaiian monk seal behavior at mariculture net pens for the National Marine Fisheries Services (NMFS), Pacific Islands Regional Office (PIRO) located in Honolulu, HI. This is a request for quote using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a total small business set-aside.� The associated NAICS code is 334511. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. Delivery shall be 90 days from date of award. In order to receive an award the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/SAM/.� Quotes received from contractors who are not active in SAM will not be considered.� The RFQ will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website https://beta.sam.gov/ and is scheduled for issuance on May 21, 2020 and quotes are due by June 8, 2020 no later than 12:00pm HST. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
