- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M0026320Q1014 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) using the commercial procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12.� The Source Selection procedures are in accordance with FAR Part 13. �The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06� and DFARS Publication 20200324. The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Recruit Depot- Parris Island, SC,� intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for Benefit Tag Sets with an ordering period of 18 months. One set of tags consists of eleven (11) multicolored plastic tags with dimensions of 3� length X 1.5� height X .0625� thick, squared corners and a hole in the top right corner with a small ball chain to keep them together with inscriptions/engraved lettering on each tag. This solicitation is issued as 100% Small Business Set-aside and the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 326199 with a size standard of 750 employees. All applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses are contained in SF 1449 M0026320Q1014 attached to this synopsis.�� Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their quotes in accordance with FAR Part 12 and additional instructions, conditions, and notices to offerors provided in the attached Section L of the SF1449. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and its addendum provision. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The government will conduct a comparative evaluation of quotations based on price and other non-price factors (Technical Capability and Past Performance). Product samples are requested. Failure to provide a sample will not be used to determine RFQ responsiveness but will be used to support the technical evaluation of the quote. Quotes received with no supporting technical documentation and/or sample(s) will not be considered. Sample(s) must be received prior to the closure date/time of this solicitation. Ship sample(s) to Sgt Rosariopichardo, MCRD Bldg 27, and 3500 Chosin Ave, San Diego, CA 92140. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 Alternate I, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer.� Clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.� All other additional contract requirements for this acquisition can be found in the attached SF 1449.
