Contracting Office Address:�Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, National Cancer Institute, Office of Acquisitions, 9609 Medical Center Drive, Room 1E158, Bethesda, MD� 20892, USA. Introduction:�This is a Sources Sought notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. This request is to fulfill a need of the National Cancer Institute (NCI), Division of Cancer Control and Population Sciences (DCCPS) to provide technical and logistical support to facilitate collaborative efforts of the CISNET Consortium in cancer surveillance, including cancer simulation modeling using a multicohort approach, flexible broad-based natural history models of cancer, and comparative modeling managed through a web-based Knowledge Management System with adaptable data structures. Background and Scope of Requirement:�See attached Statement of Work.� Period of Performance: The Government intends for an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract as contemplated by FAR 16.5 with an Ordering Period of 5-years. Capability Statement - Submission Instructions:�This notice is not a request for competitive quotation. However, if any interested party believes it can meet the above requirement it may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. �The statement of capabilities and any other information furnished must be in writing and must contain material in sufficient detail to allow the NCI to determine if the party can perform the requirement. �Responses must be received in the contracting office by 3:30PM ET, June 8, 2020.� All responses and questions must be in writing and emailed to Angela Moore, Contracting Specialist via electronic mail at Angela.Moore2@mail.nih.gov. �In order to receive an award, Contractors must be registered and have valid, current Entity Record, including current Representations and Certifications, in the System for Award Management (SAM) through SAM.gov. Reference Notice # HHS-NIH-NCI-SS-PCPSB-00035-AM �on all correspondence. Disclaimer and Important Notes: This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.� Any organization responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the organization�s qualifications to perform the work.� Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.� After a review of the responses received, a pre-solicitation synopsis and solicitation may be published in Federal Business Opportunities.� However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation.
