Description

In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy Section 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis for the FAA's decision to contract on a single source basis to Belarc, Inc., of Maynard, Massachusetts. The FAA has a requirement to procure annual software maintenance and support renewal for the FAA owned BelManage Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) Tool with Data Analytics. BelManage is a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software and Belarc is the only vendor who can provide the required software maintenance and support. Belarc is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and hold the proprietary data rights to the software. The period of performance will be for one year. This announcement is for informational purposes only. A competitive solicitation is not available for this procurement.
