- In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.201, the Marine Corps Logistics Command Albany, GA � Contracts Department issues the following: The Command intends to modify an existing Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that was awarded to L3Harris Technologies, Inc., on a sole source basis. Contract M67004-19-D-0002 was awarded on 1 August 2019 and will now be modified to increase quantities of Government owned assets repaired under the contract and add two additional L3Harris manufactured radio components for repair. This action will increase the contract�s potential award amount. Market research consistently indicates that only L3Harris Technologies, Inc. can perform the required services. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation will be made available. Any source interested in providing information regarding this proposed action must respond in writing within five (5) days of this Notice issuance. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is based the Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), Justification: Supplies required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
