- The VA Albuquerque, VA Cooperative Studies Program, Clinical Research Pharmacy Coordinating Center (CSP CRPCC) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with BELLATRX INC in accordance with FAR part 8.405-6, to provide BellatRx Secure Chuck Capper used on the pharmaceutical bottling line to apply caps (closures) to the top of the pharmaceutical bottle. This equipment is replacing a current Bellatrx component and must fit into the line configuration, therefore the BellatrRx Secure Check Capper is required. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than Friday, 1600, EST. Interest/capability statements may be sent to Elaine DiBucci at elaine.dibucci@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
