Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Artic Slope Mission Service, LLC, Beltsville, MD, for Blackbird and Legacy Support. DEA's Office of Information Systems intends to solicit and negotiate only with 8(a) company Artic Slope Mission Service, LLC under authority 41 U.S.C. 3304(a) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 The government anticipates awarding a contract for a base period of three months with three one-month option periods. The purpose of issuing this contract on a sole source basis is to provide continuing services in support of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) until a new competitive contract can be awarded. No solicitation documents are available and requests for such will not be acknowledged. A justification for other than full and open competition is on file. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
