- Description
- The Pacific Southwest Research Station, Albany, California, intends to issue a firm fixed price, sole source award to C2AN Consulting LLC, 153 Blue Heron Lane, Marine On Saint Crox, MN 55047-8644 for Non-Invasive Survey. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1).� To solicit to another source they would have to have significant experience with three (3) to four (4) K9�detection team for humboldt marten detection surveys until February 28, 2021.� Additional species that are detected and will be collected include fisher, ringtail, cougar, coyote, bobcat and porcupine, each detection team needs to consist of a Research Scientist (RS) and one detection dog to collect marten scat in Northern California. The anticipated award date is July 22nd, 2020.� The North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541990 and size standard $7.0.� A solicitation will NOT be issued.
