Amendment 001:� The offer due date is extended to July 9, 2:00 PM Pacific Time.� There are no other changes at this time.� Answers to questions received will be posted. The purpose of this Request for Offers is to seek competent and qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, insurance, notifications, licenses, permits, fees and supervision necessary to provide Janitorial and Grounds Maintenance/Landscaping Services at multiple FAA facilities in Texas and Louisiana, in accordance with the specifications, contract clauses, terms, conditions and wage rates. The Contracting Officer's address is 2200 S. 216th Street, Des Moines, WA� 98198 NOTE:� Acquisition Management System (AMS) applies to the FAA in place of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and various other provisions of Federal acquisition law.
