Hackberry Ave. South: I-2 East: 10th Street West: Bicentennial Blvd. Office Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 30,006 ABOA SF Office Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 30,006 ABOA SF Parking Spaces (Total): 82 Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): 82 Parking Spaces (Reserved): Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 7 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Office space must be contiguous and must have the potential for efficient layout. The facility must be professional in appearance, well maintained, and of sound and substantial construction. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: Building name and address One-eighth inch scale DWG of space offered. Rentable and ABOA (usable) square footage offered.
