- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE PROJECT TITLE: Allegheny National Forest Fence Construction IDIQ The Allegheny National Forest (ANF) intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) construction contract for Fence Construction on the Allegheny National Forest in Pennsylvania. The major work includes, but it not limited to: Construction of woven wire fences around timber stands to keep the deer out and prevent tree seedlings from being browsed. This contract will construct eight foot woven wire fence (7 to 8 foot high with up to 1 foot overlap on the ground) in forested areas on the Allegheny National Forest.� The contractor is responsible for furnishing all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentals (except as noted in 150 - Government Furnished Property) necessary to complete the work. Fence construction areas will be located inside the boundaries of the Allegheny National Forest within the following counties in Pennsylvania: Warren, Forest McKean, and Elk. Individual Task Order�s will contain attached vicinity maps.� The magnitude of construction for individual task orders issued under a resulting contract will fall within one of the following magnitudes of construction:� Less than $25,000. Between $25,000 and $100,000. Between $100,000 and $250,000. Payment and/or performance bonds as applicable will be required when task orders exceed $35K. Solicitation materials will be uploaded to this site on or about July 14, 2020. This will include specifications and all materials in order to submit an offer. The solicitation materials will be available for viewing without charge here. Interested parties are advised that registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database is required prior to award of a contract. There is no cost for registration in SAM when registration is completed on the official SAM website (www.sam.gov). SAM registrations and Representations and Certifications should include the NAICS identified as applicable to the acquisition. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 238990 and the Small Business size standard is $16.5 Million. NOTE: NO TELEPHONE, FACSIMILE, E-MAIL AND/OR WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATIONS OR POSTING STATUS SHALL BE ACCEPTED.
