Solicitation/RFO announcement for the FAA Eastern Region Acquisition Service Area, Boston Acquisition Office, has a new construction effort for the SJU TDWR Replacement & Road Repairs project at the San Juan International Airport in San Juan, PR. Engineering/Facility point of contact (POC) will be Maylisse Matos at 404-305-7093. The performance period is 409 calendar days after the effective date of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). This procurement is set aside 100% for Total Small Business Concerns.� The North American Industry Calssification System (NAICS) code is 236220, with a size standard of $39.5 million. The Request for Offer (RFO), Specifications, DDH, Plans (Drawings), Instructions to Offerers, Wage Rates, Business�Declaration Form, Past Performance Questionnaire, FAA Proposal Breakdown Form, and Sample Construction Waste Program Report, are attached to this announcement.� All documents are are available in either .pdf or .xls format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat/professional or with Microsoft Excel. The price range for this procurement is $4.0 million - $7.0 million. **In the description, the CO/CS must notify the vendors that the Acquisition Management System (AMS) applies to FAA in place of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and various other provisions of Federal acquisition law.
