Zablocki VAMC, Milwaukee, WI This Amendment consists of additional information regarding a virtual bid opening, one amended specification section, one amended drawing sheet, responses to requests for information, reference photographs, and an updated wage determination The following changes are hereby provided by amendment: VIRTUAL BID OPENING INFORMATION: 1) Due to the national COVID pandemic, the bid opening process is being changed from a public in-person activity to a public, live-streaming activity. 2) The virtual bid opening will be available to the public via WebEX at a) https://veteransaffairs.webex.com/veteransaffairs/j.php?MTID=m6300e1ebf07cc6775c52 3649a31e75dc (Meeting will be available to be accessed 15 min prior to bid opening) b) Meeting number (access code): 199 073 7518 c) Meeting password: Proj.695-19-131 3) Offerors SHALL submit a bid bond no later than 4:00PM (local time), the day prior bid opening to the location listed below, via USPS mail, FEDEX, or UPS. Hand-deliveries are NOT an option as the delivery location is locked to the public.
