This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as unrestricted and is open to all sources. The associated NAICS code is 334516. The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. See attached full Combined Synopsis with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. Vendors must provide their Will or Will Not Statement per FAR Provision 52.204-24 which goes with FAR Clause 52.204-25. At a minimum, all quotes should include contact information and DUNS number.
