- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE REPRESENTING MARKET RESEARCH ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS, INVITATION FOR BIDS, OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. NO CONTRACT AWARD WILL RESULT FROM THIS SOURCE SOUGHT NOTICE. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is conducting market research to determine the availability of small businesses capable of fulfilling a requirement to provide rental and cleaning services for uniforms, lab coats, linens, towels, exam curtains and mats at the NIEHS�campus in Research Triangle Park (RTP), North Carolina (NC) ."" All work will be performed for the RTP, NC campus. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 812332- �Industrial Launderers. The small business size standard for this code is $38.5 Million in average revenue over the past 3 years. The small business prime contractor will be required to meet the requirements of FAR Clause 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting, in that �at least 50 percent of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expended for employees of the concern.� Your Capability Statement should demonstrate how you plan to meet this requirement. REQUIREMENTS POTENTIAL SOURCES SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN THEIR RESPONSE: The Capability Statement is limited to 10 pages in size. The contractor MUST include the following in their Capability Statement,� the company name, address, phone number/e-mail address for a POC at the company, certification of business size, cage code and DUNS number, staff expertise and experience along with their availability to perform work on this specific requirement, current in-house capability and capacity to perform the requirements of FAR 52.219-14, prior completed commercial and/or government projects of similar nature, (contract number, duration of contract, dollar value of contract, and Customer POC). must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM), formerly known as the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the SAM accessed through https://www.sam.gov. � SUBMISSION Interested vendors capable of furnishing the Government with the services specified in this Sources Sought notice should submit their Capability Statement to the e-mail address below. Capability Statements are due 29 July 2020, at 3:00PM Eastern Time (ET). The Capability Statement must reference Sources Sought Number 75N99020R00032. All responsible sources may submit a Capability Statement. Those Capability Statements received by the date and time identified above will be considered by the agency. Capability Statements must be submitted via e-mail only to Rachel Donohue at rachel.donohue@nih.gov. Faxed or postal mailed copies will not be accepted.
