- Pre-solicitation Notice Aerial Herbicide Application, Wister Lake, OK W912BV20Q0140 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) intends to issue a commercial solicitation, W912BV20Q0140 for Aerial Herbicide Application Services for Wister Lake, �OK. The solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561730 and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $8,000,000. The Government intends to Award, a Firm Fixed Price contract consisting of Base year and four 1 year Options, to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price, technical and past performance.� � The solicitation will be issued via Internet only on Beta.SAM Website at https://beta.sam.gov .� Solicitation issue date is on or about 08/14/2020.� Quotes are anticipated to be due on or about 09/10/2020.
