Description

Release of RFP W911N2-20-R-0029 with Performance Work Statement (PWS). Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Hybrid, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time & Materials contract for Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Repair Services for Letterkenny Munitions Center (LEMC) LEMC's INDUSTRIAC S9X3000 X-Ray machine, & 450 kV CR NDT Equipment, located at LEMC, Chambersburg PA, as well as an INDUSTRIAC 3MVX002400 X-Ray Machine located at Crane Army Ammunition Activity (CAAA) in Indiana. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control and other items, necessary to support both mission programs, if required. A Performance Work Statement (PWS) (draft PWS is attached). A Performance Work Statement will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performance of this contract will be a base year and up to two option years starting in July 2020. The procurement is currently a 100%, Small Business Set Aside. The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219, the size standard is 22 Million and the FSC code is JO66; the NAICS description is Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. This will be Freight On Board, (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, LEMC. Solicitation number W911N2-20-R-0029 will be released on or about 17 JUL 2020, with a closing date on or about 31 JUL 2020. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://www.fbo.gov on or about 17 JUL 2020. It is noted that offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database to receive a Government contract award.
