Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE Open Market Purchase Order under guidance from FAR Subpart 6.3 Other Than Full and Open Competition. The Internal Revenue Service intends to award a sole source purchase order to American Thermoform, Inc. for two (2) Braille Production Embossers. Product Name/Item # Braillo, Model 600S2 braille production embosser A determination by the Government not to compete this contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Potential sources who believe they can provide the subscription service listed above are invited to submit their technical capability and completed provisions in writing to the Carolina.young@irs.gov no later than 10:00 AM EST, August 28, 2020. �Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. �Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Vendor must complete three provisions, 1052.232-9001 Electronic Invoicing and Payment Requirements for the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) (July 2019), paragraph ( c ) Contractor Point of Contact Information, 1052.209-9002 Notice of Consent to Disclosure and Use of Taxpayer Return Information (May 2018) and 52.209-11 Representation by Corporations Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction under any Federal Law (Feb 2016), paragraph (b)(1)(2).
