- The solicitation number is FA8601-20-Q-0147. The NAICS Code is 811219 � Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The Government (AFLCMC/PZIBB) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii). The proposed source is �Agilent Technologies.� The service being procured is preventive maintenance on a Government-owned scanning Gas Chromatography (GC) system at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. This notice is being published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotations received by the response date specified in this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. Quotations should be e-mailed to Ryan Dilworth by 12:00 P.M. Eastern Time on 20 Aug 2020. Any questions should be directed to Ryan Dilworth by e-mail at ryan.dilworth@us.af.mil. Be advised that all correspondence sent via e-mail must contain the subject line: �GC Maintenance 0147.� Interested parties shall be authorized by the manufacturer to perform preventive maintenance services on the Government-owner equipment, and proof of this authorization shall be included an any submitted quote. The entire communication must be contained in a single e-mail that does not exceed 5 megabytes including attachments, if any. E-mails with compressed files are not permitted. Note that e-mail filters at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e., .exe or .zip files). Therefore, if the specified subject line is not included, the e-mail may not get through the e-mail filters. Also be advised that .zip or .exe files are not allowable attachments and may be deleted by the email filters at WPAFB. If sending attachments with email, ensure only .pdf, .doc, .docx, .xls or .xlsx documents are sent. The email filter may delete any other form of attachments. Attachments: 1.
