Description

The U.S. Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service) intends to make award on a sole source basis to Partnership for Public Service, Inc. 1100 New York Ave NW STE 200 E, Washington, DC 20005-6116. Foundation in Public Leadership Program training for federal Government employees (virtual training). The purchase order will consist of seven attendees attending the Foundation in Public Leadership Program between September 2020 � March 2021. The Partnership for Public Service, Inc., is the only source found offering the leadership program, and posting an open-market request for quote (RFQ) would result in the same vendor being found, resulting in additional time and cost to the Government. Fiscal Service will consider written responses in accordance with the instructions below. Responses must include sufficient evidence that clearly proves the respondent to be a provider of the same or equal fellowship program as described above. Any responses shall include all information as described below. If no written response is received that clearly demonstrates an ability to meet all requirements, provides an or equal option, is more advantageous to the Government, contains all of the information described below, and is received by the aforementioned deadline, Fiscal Service will make award on a sole-source basis to Partnership for Public Service, Inc. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information, or a request for a copy of the solicitation, will not be considered an affirmative response to this special notice. Telephone responses or inquiries to this special notice will NOT be accepted. Qualified vendors shall provide the following: 1. The name and location of your company, contact information, and identify your business size (large, small, small disadvantaged, 8(a), service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone, etc.), based on NAICS code 611430, size standard $12,000,000.00. Contact information shall be included which contains the point of contact, email address, and telephone number for any Government questions. 2. Whether your services are available through a Government contract vehicle or open market and if through a Government contract vehicle, the name of the vehicle and the contract number. 3. A brief capabilities statement, not to exceed five pages, that includes a description of your company's standard line of business, and a list of customers to which your company currently provides these CUSIP services. 4. DUNS number and CAGE code. Responses to this request shall be submitted no later than 8:00 AM EDT on Friday, August 21, 2020 to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov ATTN: CO/ES. The following file extensions are not allowable and application materials/data submitted with these extensions cannot be considered: .bat, .cmd, .com, .exe, .pif, .rar, .scr, .vbs, .hta, .cpl, and .zip files. Microsoft Office compatible documents are acceptable. No other information regarding this Special Notice will be provided at this time This notice does not restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. All firms responding to this notice are advised that their response is not a request that will be considered for contract award. All interested parties will be required to respond to any resultant solicitation separately from their response to this notice.
