- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Training Center Yorktown, VA has a requirement for OEM repair parts for our National Security Cutter (NSC) Motor Turbine Union (MTU) Course and hereby gives notice (70Z041-20-Q-QWT06900) of their intent to award a Firm Fixed Price Sole Source Purchase Order to MTU America Inc., 39525 MacKenzie Dr, Novi, Michigan, 48377-1602, DUNS Number 020016718, Cage Code: 72582; on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
