- The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with CIS Secure Computing, Inc. , 21050 Ashburn Crossing Drive, Ashburn, VA� 20147 for the purchase of seven (7) Point to Point Wireless Kits and ten (10) additional end point terminal boxes.� This acquisition is being solicited as a total small business set aside.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334111 with a business size standard of 1250 employees.� A quotation will be requested from CIS Secure Computing using Simplified Acquisition procedures under FAR Part 12.� The FBI intends to negotiate with only one (1) source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1; Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.� Interested parties may identify their interests and capabilities by responding to this requirement via email to njbeck@fbi.gov by Wednesday, August 26, 2020, at 11:00 AM EST. ��Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government. �No telephone inquiries will be accepted.� Responses to this notice are voluntary and costs will not be reimbursed.� Responses to this notice will not be returned.
