- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with APPLE INC. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source. BIE Nenahnezad Community School has a requirement for Apple brand specific quantity 115 - 10.5-inch iPad Air Wi-Fi + Cellular 64GB � Space Grey with 2 year Apple Care+ for iPad. The anticipated delivery date will be September 30, 2020. For BIE K-12 schools, Apple Inc. has issued a single source letter indicating that there are no authorized resellers of Apple brand-specific products.
