- A. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Parts 12.6 and 13.5 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. B. This is 100% Indian Owned Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set Aside. C. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334111, Electronic Computer Manufacturing and the size standard is 1250 Employees. D. Contractor shall provide all the resources to assume the deliverables as provided in the Statement of Work. Brand Name or Equal: To satisfy the Government�s needs, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) product you are providing must meet or exceed the Kajeet SmartSpot O55 Model Device. E. Period of Performance (POP): One (1) base year with three additional option years for renewable service plans. F. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) 140A2320Q0399. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07 effective 07-02-2020. Please refer to attached SF 1449 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Document for the full scope of the requirement and quote submittal instructions.
