- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in�Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement�constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The Request for Proposal (RFP) number FA481420TF094 shall be used to reference any written quote�provided under this RFP. This is a set-aside for small businesses.��The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561730 with a size�standard of $8.0M. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitations for all labor, materials, equipment, and�supervision necessary to perform Habitat Restoration Services at MacDill AFB, Florida, in accordance�with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government will issue one IDIQ contract�with base plus five option years. Anticipated start date is 30 September 2020. The bid schedule and solicitation documents�are attached.
