Description: The contractor, on an as needed basis, shall provide Dover Air Force Base (DAFB) with pickup up hazardous waste, non-hazardous waste, and regulated garbage generated on international flights. The contractor shall provide DAFB an expedited service option for excess garbage generated between routine pickups. The contractor shall provide labor for the cleanup of spills.�
