- PCB Oil Removal and Disposal Services, Dardanelle Powerhouse Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside NAICS: 562112 Small Business Size Standard: $41,500,000.00 Description of Requirement: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to remove all equipment, ancillary temporary storage containers (plastic tubs), clean up materials, and PCB oil located within or has leaked out of the equipment listed within at Dardanelle Powerhouse in accordance with all local, state, and Federal regulations. The contractor shall package and label all PCB as required by EPA and DOT regulations and dispose of off Government property in accordance with EPA, DOT, and local regulations at an approved permitted site. A site visit has been scheduled for August 12, 2020, at 10:00 AM. Please see Amendment 0001 for complete details.
