Description
The closing date of the solicitation is changed from�August 20, 2020, 4 PM EST, to September 4, 2020, 9 AM EST. This a requirement for urinalysis reagents and analyzers for Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC 28310.� The contract pricing SHALL be an all-inclusive price within the Cost per Reportable Result (CPRR) and /or reagent purchase. The selected Contractor is responsible for all equipment. Equipment shall remain the property of the Contractor.� The Contractor shall meet the requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW) and tests quantities are outlined in the line items. The automation system shall include at a minimum: one combined automated urine chemistry and microscopy analyzer and one as a backup for WAMC as well as 4 automated urine chemistry analyzers for clinics. Peripherals (e.g. Uninterruptable Power Sources (UPS), instrument specific computers, Control Processing Unit (CPU�s), printers, barcode scanners, terminals/monitors, etc. Due to allowable space in the Department of Pathology, Contractor equipment must be able to fit in an area measuring 16ft by 3ft.� Contractors must name the make and model of their analyzers.� The contractor shall comply with cyber security information assurance requirements. The contactor shall state in their proposal, that they have the authority to operate (ATO), is currently in the process of obtaining ATO or willing to obtain ATO.� Estimated time line to complete is 12 months.� Obtaining ATO is at no cost to the Government. The validation period of equipment and testing is September 1, 2020 through 30 September, 2020.� This requirement also include a Base Year (October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021) and four 12 month options (October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2025).� The period of performance may be adjusted based on the Authority To Operate (ATO) process.� This is an unrestricted requirement.� The NAICS Code is 334516. �The Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees.��� See attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation W91YTZ20R0098 for full description of requirement.� ��
