- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: THE CORRESPONDING REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) #36C10E20Q0244 SHALL BE POSTED EMMEDIATLY AFTER THIS NOTICE AS AN UPDATE TO THIS NOTICE. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) intends to issue a RFQ for Regulatory Drafting & Impact Analysis Consulting Services. The VBA intends to make a single (all or none), firm-fixed price award. The period of performance includes a base year and four (4), 12-Month consecutive option periods. This requirement will be competed as a total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. Vendor s quote should contain the Vendor's best terms from a cost or price and technical approach. Applicable NAICS code is 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million. Quotes are due no later than Aug 21, 2020 by 11:59 AM. (EST).
