- COMMERCIAL SOLICITATION Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for Paper Shredding services (1 Lot) and Mixed Media Shredding services (1 Lot), with Two (2) Option years for Paper shredding (1 Lot/YR) and Two (2) Option years for Mixed Media Shredding (1 Lot/YR). This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-S1. The solicitation issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N0025320Q0201 is attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Regulations are included in the attached solicitation. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 561990 and has a size standard of $12 Million or less. The government prefers FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA� 98345-7610. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation closes. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing no later than two (2) business days prior to the solicitation closing date. Failure to respond to this RFQ and associated amendments if applicable prior to the closing date and time established may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection.
