- WA,INLND NW NWR COMPLX,JANTORIAL PreSolicitation No. 140F0120Q0217 Description: Janitorial Service Inland NW National Wildlife Refuge Complex The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) - located at 911 NE 11th Avenue; Portland, OR 97232, is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for janitorial service at the Inland NW National Wildlife Refuge Complex, Cheney, Washington. The Period of Performance for the base period will be from September 1, 2020 through August 31, 2021. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Janitorial Services as specified in the Statement of Work. A Site Visit is Scheduled for Thursday, August 20, 2020 at 10:00 AM To be considered responsive, offerors shall submit the following with their quote: Offerors shall provide a description of three (3) projects where they had provided janitorial service. Project shall have occurred in the past five (5) years, can be ongoing (minimum of 25% completed), and does not have to be a Government contract to be considered. Detailed information is outlined in FAR Provision 52.212-2 (Evaluation - Commercial Items), located in the Solicitation. Failure to provide this information prior to the closing to the closing of the solicitation (Block 8 of the SF1449) will result in the quote being nonresponsive. The solicitation, specifications and other attachments will be available for download on FedBizOpps (FBO) (http://www.fbo.gov) on or about August 17, 2020, with an anticipated proposal due date of Wednesday, August 26, 2020. The anticipated award date will be on or about, August 28, 2020. The period of performance of the resulting contract will start on or about September 1, 2020 and with a base and four year end date of August 31, 2025. In accordance with FAR Provision 52.212-2, the contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. This is a 100% small business set-aside procurement. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 (Janitorial Services) with a small business size standard of $18 Million. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Government.
