- SEE PUBLISHED SOLICITATION NOTICE-PLANS/SPECS AND OTHER FILES POSTED 8-14-2020. Newport Bay Harbor - Entrance Channel Maintenance Dredging and East Jetty Repairs Orange County, California Project consists of dredging approximately 70,000 cubic yards of material from the Federal channel and placement in the nearshore off Balboa Beach with options for an additional 70,000 cubic yards of material and placement at offshore disposal site LA-3.� The project also includes concrete repairs to the existing concrete structure portion of the East Jetty and placement of 2,000 tons of 1-4 ton armor stone to repair the revetment on the channel side of the structure. Magnitude of the Proposed Project:� $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.� This solicitation is Small Business Set-Aside�
