WOSB Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program Set-Aside (FAR 19.15)
 

Description

This is a design build project for an Entry Control Point (ECP). NAICS: 237310 The magnitude of this project is Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. August 14, 2020--UPDATE----**Incorporated Amendment 0001** 1) Section K is hereby amended to incorporate provision DFARS 252.225-7974 ""Representation Regarding Business Operations with the Maduro Regime."" Complete design and construction work necessary for a Design-Build (DB) project to construct the site preparations required to support installation of four (4) pre-fabricated components, which will form an Entry Control Point (ECP), Entry Control Facility (ECF), Access Control Point / Commercial Vehicle Inspection Station (CVIS) training simulator to include installation of electrical components and Roadways (with lane striping, directional markings, and stop signs) constructed of approximately 1,400 square yards of asphalt will also be required to access and utilize the ECP/CVIS training simulator. This RESTRICTED ACQUISITION is set-aside for Women-owned small business, prior to the closing date of the solicitation. Eligibility status under the WOSB Program is determined in accordance with 13 CFR part 127; to be eligible offerors shall have submitted documents verifying its eligibility at the time of initial offer to the WOSB Program Repository. Offerors are encouraged to review the WOSB Program Repository and eligibility requirements as noted in FAR Subpart 19.1500, and the Women-Owned Small Business Federal Contracting program page https://www.sba.gov/federal-contracting/contracting-assistance-programs/women-owned-small-business-federal-contracting-program) for assistance on certification and the WOSB Program Repository. NOTE: Only electronic bids will be accepted; please refer to paragraph 1.1 in Section L for POCs for offer submittal. Offeror shall include with their bid a detailed cost proposal package (electronic copies only), in accordance with RS Means format, including any supporting documents. Due current COVID-19 conditions and recommendations from CDC about social distancing, a Live Site Visit will not be conducted.
