- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District (USACE NAU) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP)Contract for a design-build project for renovation of an existing school compound and the construction of a new classroom building in Mabanda, Gabon; Latitude 2�49'01.3""S, Longitude 11�31'46.9""E PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Place of performance will be in Mabanda, Gabon FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION: This acquisition will be subject to full and open competition pursuant to FAR Subpart 6.1. The NAICS Code selected for this acquisition is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. PLANNED AWARD: This solicitation will be used to award one (1) contract. Estimated cost range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Paper copies of the solicitation, plans, and specifications will not be provided. It will be the Offeror's sole responsibility to ensure they have obtained all solicitation documents and any subsequent amendments, if any. OFFERORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING THIS WEBSITE FOR CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER PROPOSAL OPENING WITH NO OBLIGATION TO THE OFFEROR BY THE GOVERNMENT.
