- 08-14-20 QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS 1 ARE NOW POSTED AS AN ATTACHMENT THE DUE DATE OF THE PROPOSALS IS CHANGED TO MONDAY, SEPT 14, 2020 AT 1:00 PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME.� SEE SOLICITATION AMENDMENT ATTACHED FOR THIS DATE CHANGE. On behalf of the 99th Readiness Division the U.S Army Contracting Command - ACC-NJ has a requirement for a Construction Project CSS8668: Convert Interior Lighting to LED for the Pendel-Caminiti USARC, Farrell, PA. This�Solicitation notice will be for 100% Small Business setaside. This award will be a single fixed price contract, This will be awarded to the lowest responsible Offeror who meets the technical requirements. The Period of performance�is 120 calendar days after the notice to proceed. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials, transportation to accomplish work which includes�converting the training center interior lights & motor pool office lights to LED in accordance with the Specifications of Work (SOW.) The SOW identifies the room locations for the upgrade.The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 238210 with a size standard of $16.5 Million. The Period of Performance will be�120 Calendar Days after the Notice to Proceed. The Place of performance is the Pendel-Caminiti USARC, 950 Sharon New Castle Rd, Farrell, PA 16121-1265. Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Project (FAR 36.204): Advance notices and solicitations shall state the magnitude of the requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range. The estimated price is to be described the the terms of the following price range:(d) Between $250,000 and $500,000.
