- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers � New England District is issuing a solicitation�for Project Garage and Office Renovation at the Union Village Dam in East Thetford, VT. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all materials, equipment and labor to renovate the windows in the project office and the attached 2-bay �cold� garages at Union Village Dam in East Thetford, VT. The renovation includes the replacement of insulation, replacement of interior wall treatment, 3 (three) overhead doors and operators, man door, garage door thresholds and 10 (ten) windows and window trim. The 2-bay garage is approximately 750 square foot. The construction range is between $25,000 and $100,000.00. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
