- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers � New England District is issuing a�solicitation for Outlet Works Upgrades and Repairs at the Thomaston Dam in Thomaston, CT. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The work of this project involves the replacement of the Air Vent Grating on the outside of the Intake Tower, the Ventilation Fan within Heater Room, and the Float Well Cover Plate within the dam outlet conduit. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
