Description

A pre-bid conference and site visit�is scheduled for Thursday, 20�Aug 2020 at 1000 hrs.� See SECTION 02100 INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES TO OFFERORS on Solicitation for more information. Construction Contract for Project No. NKAK202005, Abatement and Repainting of BLDG 207 Exterior Stairwell at the LR AFB, AR. The requirements of this project are the encapsulation or scrape abatement of LBP and repainting the exterior stairwell of building 207.� The stairwell is on the south side of the facility and has 4 risers, 41 total steps, 2 support columns, and handrails that are attached to the stairwell itself and the exterior the building.� All components, both listed and not listed, of the stairwell shall have proper encapsulation or removal of the LBP and repainted. This action is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the size standard for small business is $39.5M average annual revenue for the past three years. Project magnitude is below $25,000. Persons intending on submitting a bid are highly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit. Failure to submit a bid on all items shall result in rejection of the bid. Solicitation and information, notices and amendments w ill be posted at https://beta.sam.gov. Instructions for obtaining plans for this solicitation are located in Section 00100.�Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but not later than 30 Sep 2020. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range. ***The current response date and time (bid opening) is scheduled for�18 Sep 2020 at 10:00 Central.***
