Description

Project Title: Basewide Painting A. NAICS CODE: 238320 - Painting and Wall Covering Contractors B. The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. See section J for applicable attachments. C. This acquisition has been designated for procurement as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside and will be awarded via request for proposal IAW FAR Part 15. D. The project magnitude for this requirement is IAW FAR 36.204(d) between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. E. A site visit will be held on 25 August 2020 at 1:00 PM, Central Daylight Time (CDT). Please see FAR clause 52.236-27, Alt I for information. F. Payment and Performance Bonds shall be obtained IAW FAR 28.102. G. The construction wage requirements statue (Davis-Bacon) FL20190005, Building applies to this project. H. The Period of Performance is 45 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed (NTP).
