INTERESTED PARTIES MUST SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGES VIA EMAIL TO: DLA-AVN-AHAB, KEARY O'FLAHERTY, Contract Specialist, E-Mail: keary.1.oflaherty@dla.mil. ENSURE THE PRON NUMBER IS ENTERED IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF THE EMAIL. ONCE REQUESTS ARE RECEIVED, THE TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGES WILL BE SENT VIA THE DoD SAFE SITE (://safe.apps.mil/ ). INTERESTED PARTIES HAVE 7 CALENDAR DAYS TO RETRIEVE AND DOWNLOAD THE TDP FROM THE DoD SAFE SITE BEFORE THE LINK EXPIRES. PRON: AX0C0338AX. The Government proposes to acquire, on a three-year Indefinite Delivery Requirements (IDR) contract, a minimum contract quantity of 53 each up to 193 each maximum with a 20 each delivery order minimum of a STEERING BAR, AIRCRAFT; NSN: 1730-01-299-8688; Part Number: 1730-CHSE-001-2 applicable to the BK CH-47 Chinook weapon system. Delivery�without First Article Testing is requested at 460�Days after Date of Receipt of Order (DARO) with deliveries to TINKER AFB, OKLAHOMA 78419-5255. This item is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. ***ATTENTION: Provisions 52.204-24 and/or 52.204-26 (New requirement in DFARS as of August 13, 2020) SHALL be completed in the quote or proposal.*** This item is found to be procured based open full and open competition after exclusion of sources and is being publicized on BETA-SAM as a combined synopsis and solicitation with a 30 day proposal submittal date. All responsible small business sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
