- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis is as follows. A separate written solicitation M6740020Q00102 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 14Aug2020. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07 and DPN 20200605. The North American Industrial Classification System codes are 336212. This procurement constitutes Item 0001 and 0002. Required Items and Descriptions are as follows. CLIN Descriptions Qty Unit of Issue 0001 Semi Reefer Trailer 2 Each 0002 Semi Trailer Flat bed 4 Each The Government may make single award to a responsible offer which is the most advantageous to the Government on the basis of a best value evaluation process. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted offer. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when released, will be available electronically at the following web sites https://www.betaSAM.gov/ under solicitation M6740020Q0102. The solicitation also may be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Quoters can be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed to the Contracting Office, U.S. Marine Corps RCO, MCB CAMP S. D. BUTLER, PSC 557 BOX 2000, FPO AP 96379-2000. Quotes must be received no later than 27Aug2020 @10:00, Japanese Standard Time on the solicitation closing date.
