- Description
- The Dyess AFB (317 MXS) is procuring an automated benchstock system that modernizes the reporting and reordering of aircraft parts.�The system will ensure we have the required aircraft hardware at all times with the automatic accountability system installed on�the device.�The requirement consist of� a Phase bench stock manement system to include a Robocrib VX1000(or equal part) Dispensing Station with touchscreen to 1048 bins, parts cups�with required operating accessories, a management station with autocrib software license, Air Force Bench Stock custom�reports, Autolocker FX (3 frames w/51 Automated Modular Doors), Warranty 5 Year DOD Only, SIT � Setup, Install and Training�and IAW an attached Performance work statement (PWS). Deadline for receipt of offers: 31 August 2020, 3:00 p.m. (CST).� All quotes can be emailed to rebecca.cudjoe.1@us.af.mil. All questions must be submitted NLT August 20 at 3.00 PM CST. Answers will be posted here NLT August 26 at 4.30 CST. Questions can be submitted to the POCs listed on Page 1 of the attached RFQ.
