- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No.: 140A0920Q0037 herein cited will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07. This acquisition is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) under the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C). The NAICS Code is 811310, Size standards in dollars $17.5 million. Please provide Quote for Catepillar 150 (15A) Motor Grader for BIA, Western Navajo Agency, Branch of Transportation, Tuba City, Arizona. See attached Equipment Model and Specification. Period of Performance: Date of Award through December 31, 2020. 1.
