- **UPDATED 8/14/2020 to incorporate Section 889(a)(1)(B) requirements** THIS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS. This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W50S6V20Q0031 is being issued as a REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07 effective 2 July 2020. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334290 and the corresponding small business size standard is 750 employees. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract for a Secure Video Teleconferencing System for the Colorado Air National Guard at Buckley AFB, CO as set forth in the attached Statement of Need. Please reference solicitation # W50S6V20Q0031 on all correspondence. The Government will utilize simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. Due Dates: Site Visit: 12 August 2020 @ 10:00 A.M. MST -Complete Section II of the Installation Access Roster and email to Points of Contact no later than 7 August 2020 @ 2:00 P.M. MST to attend Questions due by: 14 August 2020 @ 2:00 P.M. MST -Shall be submitted, in writing via email, to the points of contact listed below -Responses to questions will be provided in the form of an update to the solicitation on Contract Opportunities Quotes due by: 30 August 2020 @ 2:00 P.M. MST -Pricing shall be valid through 30 September 2020 -Quotes shall be submitted electronically to the points of contact listed below Notice to Offerors: The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. In accordance with FAR 52.212-1(g) which is incorporated by reference, the Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors.
