Description

This Synopsis/Request for Information is being posted to satisfy the requirement under the Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.201 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement PGI 206.302-1(d). This sources sought notice of intent is posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopses and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. This is a sole source notice published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources are encouraged to submit a brief capabilities statement, which, if received by�03�April 2020 at 1:00 PM, ET, shall be considered by NSWCDD via e-mail to kim.carter@navy.mil. Responses should reference ""N0017820R2505 IRIS Cards "". No telephone responses will be accepted. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT AND THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT PROVIDE REIMBURSEMENT OF COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE DOCUMENTATION SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
