- The notice is for informational purposes only IAW FAR 5.203(a).� This is not a formal Request for Quote (RFQ) or proposal (RFP).� Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement.� United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Special Operations Forces Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics (SOF-AT&L) currently has a Multiple Award Contract (MAC) under the current Targeted Requirement Execution (T-REX) program which includes four prime Systems Integrators/Coordinators competing to provide Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) related equipment solutions and related incidental development and/or other services to the Government in three main categories; (1) Hardware and Modifications, (2) Specialized Communication Solutions and Networks, and (3) Signal Processing Capabilities. The Technical Collection and Communications (TCC) Program, the Integrated Sensor Systems (ISS) Program, and the Sensitive Site Exploitation (SSE) Program, within the Program Executive Office, Special Reconnaissance (PEO-SR) leverage the T-REX MAC for procuring new equipment, providing capital equipment replacement for equipment, and replacing equipment consumed through operational use. Other PEO�s within USSOCOM and other USSOCOM entities also utilize the T-REX MAC.� As previously announced in the Pre-Solicitation Notice (H92401-20-R-0001), for the follow-on TREX MAC, posted on 13 January 2020 (with several subsequent updates), USSOCOM intends to execute modifications, to incorporate an additional 4-month ordering period into the four current contract(s), H92222-15-D-0013, H92222-15-D-0014, H92222-15-D-0015, and H92222-15-D-0016, from 1 September 2020 to 31 December 2020.� The modifications will be executed under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) to ensure continued mission support until the new TREX MACs have been awarded (currently projected for mid-October 2020), reference the attached draft Justification and Approval (JNA) for additional information. Per FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit additional capability statements that will be considered by the agency. Any party responding to this notice shall send clear, factual documentation demonstrating their ability to execute this requirement effective 1 September 2020.
