- The purpose of this amendment is to establish a site visit. All interested parties are required to attend a site visit prior to submitting a quote. Quotes from vendors who do not attend the site visit will not be considered. The site visit will occur on August 25th at 9am CT at Alvin C. York VA Medical Center. Alvin C. York VA Medical Center 3400 Lebanon Pike Murfreesboro, TN 37129 The meeting location will be outside of building 15. All vendors attending the site visit must send an email to crystal.baird@va.gov of their intention to attend the site visit by August 20th.
