- Page 2 of 2 The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to solicit a SDVOSB set-aside for IntelliVue NMT & BIS Modules for William S. Middleton VA Medical Center located in Madison, Wisconsin. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, 13, and 19. Contract will be firm fixed price and the corresponding NAICS Code 339112. This will be a 100% SDVOSB set-aside solicitation. Please see Request for Quote (RFQ) document 36C25220Q0503 for details in the near future. This RFQ will be posted on or around Friday, August 7, 2020. Offers will be due no later than 13:00. Local Time on Tuesday, Aug 18, 2020. The Government intends to utilize appropriated FY 2020 funds for this acquisition. However, FY 2020 funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until such funds are made available. The Government s obligation under this solicitation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated FY 2020 funds from which payment for the resultant contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until such funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for a contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
